Pricing questions
No. The price depends on the plan and the number of projects. Subcontractors, the client and reporters don’t add to the cost.
Yes, in the Contractor and Company plans. AI summaries come with both. The analysis of the most common defects is in the Company plan, because it needs data from many projects. Both features start in early access.
On launch day, 9 January 2027. Newsletter subscribers will get them earlier.
