Stratify is an app for snagging and progress reports on construction sites. The main contractor logs defects with photos, assigns them to subcontractors and sends the client progress reports.

Yes. The Small project plan covers a single project: a house, a flat refurbishment or a retail unit.
Take a photo on your phone and mark the spot on the drawing. Then choose who is responsible and set a due date.
No. A subcontractor sees only the defects assigned to their company. The main contractor sees every defect on the project.
The client gets a link to the report and opens it in a browser. The app records when the client has read it.
In the app every defect has a photo, a location on the drawing, a due date, an owner and a change history. The PDF record is generated from that list. In a spreadsheet this information is spread across files, phones and emails.
Two things. It writes summaries of the week or the project, which you edit and add to the report. It also shows which defects come up most often, so you can avoid them on your next project. Both features are in early access.
Yes. You always see the summary before it goes out and can change it or write your own.
Yes. The app runs in a browser on a computer and on a phone.

Prices will be published on 9 January 2027. There will be three plans: Small project, Contractor and Company. The price depends on the number of projects. Subcontractors, the client and reporters don’t add to the cost.
