This policy explains what data the stratify.pl website collects, why it collects it and what your rights are. It covers the website only. The Stratify app will have its own terms.
Data controller
The data controller is Stratify. For anything about your personal data, email contact@stratify.pl.
What we collect and why
Newsletter
The sign-up form collects your email address, your role on projects and the size of the projects you run. We use your email address to send you news about the Stratify app, including a link to the app on launch day. Your role and project size help us tailor what we send.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- How long we keep it: until you withdraw your consent.
Contact form and email
The contact form collects your name, email address, message and, optionally, your company name. We use these details only to reply. Emails sent to contact@stratify.pl are treated the same way.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long we keep it: up to 12 months after the last message on the matter.
Visitor statistics
If you agree in the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics. It records information about your visit: the pages you view, your approximate location and your device and browser type. This shows us which content is useful.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- How long we keep it: up to 14 months.
Website security
The server logs your IP address and the time of your visit. We use these logs to block break-in attempts.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long we keep it: 7 days.
Who has access to your data
These companies process data on our behalf:
- DigitalOcean LLC: website and database hosting,
- Elementor Ltd.: sending emails from the forms and the accessibility widget,
- Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only with your consent.
If we start using an external tool to send the newsletter, we will add it here before the first email goes out. We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for marketing.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
DigitalOcean and Google operate in the United States and Elementor in Israel, so your data may be transferred to these countries. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, for Israel, the European Commission’s adequacy decision.
Cookies
The website uses:
- essential cookies: they remember the language you chose (pll_language) and your choice in the cookie banner,
- statistics cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), only with your consent.
You can change your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in every email or by writing to contact@stratify.pl. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or to the data protection authority in your country.
Providing your data
Providing your data is voluntary. Without an email address you cannot sign up for the newsletter or get a reply to your message. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
